holga schmolga (i love you)

(for tracee) it came, it saw and it will conquer.. this is my holga. i have yet to take it for a test drive as the rain here has been unrelenting, but soon.. very very soon.

Did yours come altered or are you going to try it out as is before changing it?

I wanted to try it out first so I bought the plain as dirt holga from freestyle photography (they ship SO fast btw) though I did take out the 6x4.5 frame. For the second roll I plan on taping(or velcroing) up the camera but I wanted at least one roll with the camera straight out of the box to see how much it will leak.I wasn't expecting the camera to be so.. well, toyish! but I've got four rolls of B&W film to play with over the next week or so. I imagine if this guy grows on me I'll be seriously looking into modifying it myself or buying one that's already been modified.
